Partners

The Community Family Partnership network is made up of youth and families, our four major child serving systems (education, mental health, child welfare, and juvenile justice) as well as their contracted service providers.

Our partners also include community-based and faith-based organizations, informal and natural supports, community coalitions and foundations, and individuals and organizations who are directly involved in CFP efforts.
