Stronger Together

The Community Family Partnership Kent County System of Care (CFP) is a network of child-serving public systems and community partners working together with youth and families to increase access to effective, coordinated mental health services and supports. Together, we strive to offer a broad array of services and supports for youth ages under age 18 with Serious Emotional Disturbances involved in the Mental Health system and at least one other child service systems (Special Education, Juvenile Justice or Child Welfare) and their families.

This means working to improve the many quality services that already exist in our community, as well as offering new approaches that will meet the unique needs of youth and families in Kent County. CFP currently offers Wraparound Services and Parent Support Partner Services.
