UP2U is held in observance of Children's Mental Health Awareness Day. Stigma around mental illness is one of the biggest barriers to people getting the help they need. One in five people will experience a mental health challenge in their lifetime, and there is effective treatment out there. Help us fight stigma and raise awareness about an issue that affects everyone. Mental Health Awareness- It's up to us. It's up to me. It's UP2U!!!
